CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

Conical twin screw extruder is a kind of high efficiency mixing and extrusion equipment. This extruder has the advantages of small shear rate, uniform plasticizing, stable production, high output, long service life, etc.

VACUUM FORMING TABLE

The vacuum shaping table is an indispensable auxiliary machine in the PVC profile extrusion production line, used for shaping and cooling PVC profile products.

According to the requirements of PVC profile products, it is designed with different lengths, different numbers of vacuum pumps and water pumps, and different powers, and can be adjusted in three dimensions.

DOUBLE TRACK BELT TRACTION MACHINE

Double belt traction mode is adopted, with upper and lower Timing belt traction. Adopting stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, the traction speed is uniform. Low noise, compact structure, and beautiful appearance. The gear part is equipped with a protective cover, and the traction part is equipped with a protective device and warning signs.
